Magnificent Corsican "Pagliaghju" stone house on a vast wooded property of 5000 m2 between the villages of Pigna and Corbara.

It has no opposite neighbours or close neighbours, and sits on a vast wooded property of 5,000 m2 between the magnificent villages of Pigna and Corbara.
Villa U Laziu is a singular house, of the "Pagliaghju" type, a Corsican word used to refer to an old sheepfold.
The cachet comes from the fact that it blends entirely into lush natural surroundings, at the foot of the rocks. These same stones form the walls of both the exterior and interior of the building, a guarantee of authenticity and ancestral know-how.
LA VILLA:
Carefully decorated and furnished, it has all the facilities you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible!
90 m2 comprising a large main room with a fully-equipped KITCHEN (induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) adjoining a DINING ROOM.
A cosy LIVING ROOM with TV.
A MEZZANINE that can be used as a study or resting area.
A large BEDROOM with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), plenty of storage space and access to the outside.
A BATHROOM with bath products made by local craftsmen.
2 WCs.
Fireplace not in use.
As the Corsican summer is hot, the accommodation is of course air-conditioned.
ExTERIOR
As we also like to live outside, the Villa has a large TERRACE of 60m2 with outdoor furniture for you to eat or sunbathe
A BARBECUE is at your disposal.
A heated SWIMMING POOL with overflows (temperature not guaranteed depending on the weather in low season).
A breathtaking VIEW of the unobstructed Balinese hills.
A deposit of €1000 is payable on arrival (to be returned at the end of your stay).
