The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 40000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The accommodation is situated in a panoramic location, in Castelnuovo del Garda, on the morainic hills, and covers an area of 42,000 m². Around the village there is a large and green park containing 3 pools and two playgrounds. The apartment has equipment for small children: wooden bed/cot (with bars), bed linen and blankets for the cot, baby monitor, changing table, potty, bathing stool, high chair. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people + 1 baby (0-2 years old). The apartments are surrounded by hilly terrain. The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available in a carport and on the property. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

The pool area (2400 sqm with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 swimming pools. For swimmers there is a 120 cm deep and 50 m long swimming pool. The 480 m² children's pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children's games. Near the large swimming pool is the mini club where, in July and August, multilingual animators welcome children from 4 to 12 years old with a varied program adapted to their age.
