The property is right in front of the Tschierv Biosfera bus stop. Free parking (without roof) in front of the house. Bike parking available in the basement. If more rooms are required, this is possible on request.

Conditions/extras
The following extra costs are to be payed on the spot: - Final cleaning: CHF 100.00 only for the apartment for 1-4 people, ground floor or - Final cleaning: CHF 140.00 only for group and holiday apartments, 5 - 12 people max. 170m2 Dog: CHF 5.-- / day For the rooms (double room for 1 - 2 people, ground floor; double room for 1 - 2 people, first floor such as the 4-bed-room, first floor) no cleanining fee is charged. - Tourist tax: CHF 3.70 per adult / day or CHF 1.20 per child (up to 12 years) for all properties. Upon request, every guest receives a free guest card. With this you can use the bus line between Müstair and Zernez (including Lü, extra course Val Vau, Pass Umbrail and Sportbus Minschuns) for free. It also includes free/discounted participation in the holiday tips, as well as reduced admission to tourist experiences.
