The flat is located in a building located in a quiet and well-connected neighborhood, just a 5-minute drive from the center of Trani, which can also be reached on foot with a pleasant 20-minute walk.
Ideal for couples and professionals, it offers comfortable and quiet stays, in a welcoming and functional environment.
Garage available upon request and for a fee. The apartment of 25 sqm is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and consists of a single room with double bed, wardrobe, desk and mini fridge with freezer.
The toilet is equipped with wc, bidet and shower box. Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, smart TV, heating with heat pumps, split AC, drying rack, iron and ironing board, vending machine for hot/cold drinks and snacks for a fee in the entrance hall of the building. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). Extra cleaning available on request and for a fee. N.B.: the entrance door is equipped with a smart security lock with the use of a code, which will be provided at check-in. The apartment is at guests' disposal! Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time and show you the apartment.

Also not to be missed is a visit to the Swabian Castle, dating back to 1230 and, together with the Cathedral, the strong point of the city, visible from the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet position and well connected to the center, thanks to the city bus stop just 600 meters away.
In five minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot you can also reach the main points of interest and the sea.
The essential services are a short distance away: within 900 meters it is possible to find a bar, supermarket and pharmacy. - FROM THE KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to the BARI CENTRALE station, and from there take the regional train towards Barletta and get off at the Trani stop, a 25-minute walk from the flat (2 km). - FROM TRANI STATION: the apartment can be reached in 25 minutes on foot (2 km). - IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car.

Ruim balkon en gratis parkeren.
Veel achterstallig onderhoud. Wastafel en douchebak verstopt, handdoekrek viel bijna uit elkaar, handgreep badkamer viel uit de deur, wc-bril zat los, deur koelkast hing scheef. Melding bij de host had geen effect.

Good room overall. Lack of space in 2nd bedroom when using sofabed as 2nd bed. Constant noise from gym downstairs with weights being dropped. Had to request extra linen and pillows for 2nd bed even though the booking did state the use of 2 beds.

La grandeur de appartement et ses équipements (appartement et bâtiment très récents) La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte. éloignement par rapport au centre de Trani. AUCUN transport en commun à proximité pour rejoindre les commerces ou le centre de Trani.
