Only the upper floor is available for guests, with the lower floor reserved for storage.

The kitchen, complete with modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, hob, coffee machine, oven, and various utensils, also offers direct access to the outdoor terrace, perfect for al fresco dining.


The highlight of Villa Clementina is its private garden with swimming pool, from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of Lake Garda, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing.


The property is on two levels, with access to the upper floor directly from the car park and a staircase leading to the swimming pool.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate e-mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is an extra charge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Cot, high chair and baby cot are available at an extra charge and can be booked in advance.

Check-in after 19:00 is only possible after prior notification by 18:00 on the day of arrival and upon presentation of the required documents and payment of the tourist tax + extra with a credit card upon check-in.

Heating (If available) is active from October to April (during this period the heating is not active if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°c).

Air conditioning (If available) is active from June to September (during this period the air conditioning is not active if the outside temperature falls below 25°C or if the inside temperature reaches or falls below 23°C).

Recharging of electric vehicles or other storage devices is not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is only available after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra charge.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an extra charge (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating on with open windows).

It is the guests' duty to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let the humidity escape from the flat and to avoid mould growth. If this rule is not respected and at the time of the guests' departure mould is found to be present, charges will be applied to restore the integrity of the flat.

Because of the geographical location, the Wi-Fi connection may be interrupted or slowed down, therefore the service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with food products such as spices for the kitchen or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc. Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be recharged during the stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + the pre-authorisation of the security deposit of 500€ by credit card.

The final cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. It does not include the washing of dishes and the removal of rubbish from the flats at the points indicated. Therefore, excessively dirty flats, unwashed dishes and rubbish not removed will be subject to a variable surcharge, depending on the amount of excess hours.
