Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. First floor: - 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Laundry room with washing machine - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds - Bathroom with shower and WC Exterior: - A 12 m² west-facing terrace with views over the golf course and furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The apartment is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Golf on foot - Walks and bike rides from the residence - Mer Blanche beaches 5 minutes away by car - Bénodet beach 10 minutes away - Water sports and UCPA center 5 minutes away Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Très agréable location.Très bon accueil par Caroline qui a été très disponible à notre arrivée ainsi qu'à notre départ. Appartement très bien équipé et très calme en bordure du golf.

Appartement très agréable avec une belle vue sur le golf. Le finistère est magnifique et nous avons fait beaucoup de visites dans les environs et au delà (Fouesnant, Pointe du Raz, Presqu'île de Crozon, Douarnenez, Brest,Concarneau;..)Caroline nous a très bien reçu et a été très réactive pour trouve...
