Villa Capri is a beautiful and welcoming residence, equipped with every comfort and designed to offer a relaxing and elegant stay in the heart of the island of Capri.
The villa enjoys a breathtaking view and a strategic position , a few minutes walk from the crystalline beaches of Marina Piccola and about 10 minutes from the famous Piazzetta di Capri , perfectly combining tranquility and centrality.
The property offers spectacular views of the Faraglioni , the island's iconic symbol, and the suggestive bay of Marina Piccola. The proximity to the sea helps to create a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere, ideal for an unforgettable vacation.
The spacious and bright interiors include 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 single) and 3 bathrooms , two of which are particularly spacious . The living area consists of a large living room with sofa, TV and dining table, accompanied by a fully equipped kitchen , designed to ensure maximum comfort.
Outside, Villa Capri has a large panoramic terrace , furnished with two dining tables , deckchairs and outdoor sofas, perfect for outdoor lunches, moments of relaxation or aperitifs at sunset.
The outdoor spaces are completed by an outdoor shower , a garden with lemon trees and an ancient well , which adds a touch of authentic Mediterranean charm. The entrance to the villa is located directly on the main road that leads to the beaches of Marina Piccola ( Via Marina Piccola 41 ), ensuring convenient and immediate access. Please note that a supplement of €200 is required for final cleaning upon check-in. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. The rate also includes 2 hours of daily housekeeping service, as well as a dedicated concierge service provided by My Villa Collection.

Good quiet location on the south side of the island with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Hosts were very accommodating. Equal distance to the Capri city center and Marina Piccola, about 15 min to walk the stairs or you can take the bus from a stop nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay here.

The property is not as advertised. We booked the property for a pool and a grill, and tv in bedrooms. One tv ws missing from one of the master bedrooms, the was no grill aand the pool was too unsanitary to be used. I was told that the pool was closed at the end of September. Nowhere in the infor...
