On paper this ticks many boxes: good size, terraces, parking , location.
In reality it is rather tired, sitting area is not comfortable, balcony and terrace furniture is old . Bathroom very much needs replacing, it is from the 1960’s.
It is a shame because with some updating this could be spectacular rather than somewhat disappointing

Het uitzicht is prachtig.
Een aantal dingen in het huis zijn verouderd/ terras meubilair is matig. Ook verouderd. Op dakterras zou er veel meer aan faciliteiten gedaan kunnen worden. Denk aan meubilair en parasol voorzieningen. Bedden ook matig.
Badkamer is functioneel
Aanwezigheid wasmachine is zeer fijn.
Lichtschakelaar keuken was defect.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum wohlfühlen, einzig der grosse Schlüsselbund mit den sehr vielen Schlüssel ist verwirrend.
