Direkt am Meer, aber arg in die Jahre gekommen

- Fußläufig zum Meer, kein Stress mit Parkplatzsuche, Anfahrt, etc. Und das ganze direkt an einem freien Lido.
- Sehr nette Eigentümer des Hauses, die auch unten wohnen/ zu Besuch waren.
- Guter Check-In, einfache Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter
- Balkon zum Verweilen mit netter Aussicht
- Das Haus ist arg in die Jahre gekommen. Möbel, Betten, Küche, Duschgarnitur, das Geschirr etc haben die letzte Erneuerung wohl vor Jahrzehnten gesehen
- Preis
- Klimaanlage nur in zwei Räumen
- Waschmaschine kann eigentlich nicht wirklich benutzt werden, da hier dann direkt die Zisterne leerläu...
