Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area close to Livorno historic center, an ideal position for visiting the city comfortably on foot or by public transportation.

In about 20 minutes by public transport, it is possible to reach the renowned Goldoni Theater and Piazza della Vittoria, better known as "Piazza Magenta".

From there, in 10 minutes on foot or by public transportation line 4 / LAM ROSSA, it is possible to cross the canal and reach Piazza della Repubblica (the largest square-bridge in Europe), the Fortezza Nuova and the characteristic Venezia Nuova district.
