Welcome to our holiday flat in Eilsum, a charming terp village in the idyllic Krummhörn, not far from historic Greetsiel.

Location:
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a typical crenellated house (new building from 2024) and enchants with direct access to the garden and a private jetty, which is located directly on the old Greetsieler Sieltief. The location is perfect for anyone looking to relax and yet appreciate the proximity to the region's sights. Discover the charming villages of Krummhörn, historic Greetsiel and the impressive nature of the Wadden Sea. Nearby you will find various leisure activities such as cycling, hiking and water trails and good restaurants.

Furnishings:
The interior impresses with its tasteful design and high-quality furniture, which create a modern yet cosy ambience. The open-plan living area with its comfortable seating, sofa with récamiere and armchair invites you to relax and offers a wonderful view of the garden and surrounding water through the floor-to-ceiling windows. A large Smart TV and fibre optic Wi-Fi (we cannot guarantee unlimited availability and sufficient speed) are available to provide you with entertainment and connectivity. The fully equipped and ultra-modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The adjoining dining area is the perfect place to enjoy your meals or socialise. We have provided good lighting.

Sleeping accommodation:
The holiday flat has two tastefully furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your personal belongings. One room is furnished with a box-spring bed (full-length mattress, 1.80 m) and TV, the other with an upholstered bed and pocket spring mattresses (2 x 0.80 m). Here you can retreat after an eventful day in nature or the nearby sights and spend restful nights.

Bathroom:
The bathroom is small but nice. It has a spacious floor-level shower with glass partition and a beautifully designed washbasin unit as well as a WC. There is also a washer-dryer and a hairdryer.

Terrace:
The flat has two terraces, which you can choose between depending on the position of the sun. Garden furniture, barbecue and a beach chair are available. The direct access to the harbour via the jetty gives you direct access to the picturesque waterways of the Krummhörn. Take the opportunity to go on a canoe trip, go fishing or simply enjoy nature.

Other:
The entire flat has wood-look floor tiles and vintage-look floor tiles in the bathroom and underfloor heating. The heating is climate-friendly using a heat pump. The bedrooms have roller shutters, some windows have pleated blinds for privacy, almost all windows and doors are fitted with fly screens. Smoking is not permitted in the flat. The flat has a car parking space and a garden shed for storing bicycles (charging facilities for e-bikes available).

Note: Pets are not allowed in the apartment. The flat is not barrier-free, but is senior-friendly (wide doors to the bathroom and bedroom, floor-level shower, largely level access to the house and garden). The water access is not secured, so special care should be taken with small children!
The flat is located in a new development area with a construction road, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust nuisance.
