The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is pleased to present this charming 180 m² house in Hauteville-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 7 people.
It has a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a 3,000 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 40 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140x190) and cot - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: with a single bed - Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 3,000 m². - A 35 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather The house is ideally located in Hauteville-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : - Hauteville-sur-Mer beach 800m away - Horse-riding club - Cinema 800 m away - Tennis club 700 m away, - Water sports club: sand yachting, paddle... - Bike hire available Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park, which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

Maison agréable mais un peu datée. Surtout pour le prix de la location. (Il manque entre autre un lave vaisaille et un seche cheveux) beau jardin, pas trop loin de la mer. Agréable village. Situation idéale : près de Granville, pas loin du Mont Saint Michel...

La Belle Etoile Wir haben hier eine Woche zu viert verbracht. Es ist ein schönes und großes Haus. An einigen Stellen, wie z.B. den Wänden, dem Boden und den Fenstern (Rollos) sieht man dem Haus die Jahre an, das sollte mal wieder erneuert werden. Ansonsten viel Platz und gemütliche Betten.

humidité dans certaines pièces impossibilité ds la chambre du bas d' ouvrir la porte-fenêtre (pas aération possible)
pas de rideau occultant dans les chambres du haut et stores vénitiens défectueux.
avons dû relaver la vaisselle qui n'était pas très nette.
sinon grande maison avec de l 'espace
bien décorée et bien située."
