The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 100 m² house for rent in Bernières-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, espresso machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, each adjoining a bedroom
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- D-Day landing beaches - commemoration of 6 June
- Canadian Museum at Courseulles-Sur-Mer, 360 circular cinema at Arromanches
- Water sports, sailing school, tennis, equestrian club
- Fishing
- Courseulles-Sur-Mer market on Tuesdays and Fridays
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Caen 24 km (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet 20 km (30 min by car)
