Ideally located in the center of Bénodet, just 50 m from the beach of Trez, restaurants, casino, thalassotherapy and cinema... this bright apartment classified 3 stars will seduce you.
With its beautiful sea view oriented to contemplate the magnificent sunsets, it is the ideal place for a family holiday for 4 people.
It is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator and has:
- A large main room with living room overlooking the terrace, a very comfortable sofa bed (sleeping 160x200) a dining area and open kitchen.
- One cabin room with 2 single bunk beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
We particularly like:
- The large main room bathed in light and open to the terrace
- The beautiful sea view
- Go on foot to the beach, to a restaurant, to get an ice cream...
Our concierge based in Fouesnant offers the following options to request upon booking:
Linen kit: double bed 19 € / single bed 15 €
Kit towels (1 large + 1 small): 7 € / person.
Kit Towel + bath mat: 5 €
Rental beach towel: 7 €
End of stay cleaning: 50 €
The keys are handed over in our office in Fouesnant.

L’accès est difficile.il n’y a pas de parking et les indications de l’agence pour l’arrivée n’étaient pas suffisantes.l’absence de commerces de proximité est également un problème.
Le confort, les équipements,la vue et la proximité de la mer.
