The house is located in a natural area on the mountains of Coll de Nargó and Valldarques. Built in 1650, a stone construction with slate roof typical of the area.

It has three gardens, one fully fenced, and beautiful terrace of 200 m2with garden furniture. It also has a 9x4 m private swimming pool. Fantastic views of the surronding countryside, situated almost on the top of the hill so we can see all the mountains and it's valleys, the amazing forets and a samll river with clear water, perfect for summer bathing.

The outdoor area of the house has 500m2, but it is located on a estate os 5000 hectares, with forest and a samll river.

By surroundings you can enjoy a magnificent nature, pictorial landscapes and several Romanesque monuments. We emphasize these churches: St. Martí, St. Climent de Coll de Nargó and St. Sadurní de Gabarra. You could visit the museums of dinosaurian in Coll de Nargó with the possibility of visiting own excavations of the region, as well as making trips on foot, by car or bicycle (a distance of 47 kilometers per term much of the Coll de Nargó we recommend around the Gavarra) the nearest mountains, Valldarques, Gavarra or Coll de Nargó, or visit Museum of the dinosaurs. The Panta Oliana to go fishing or walk.

You could practise, only at 20 km, sports of adventure like: hang-glider in Fígols and Alinyà, and rafting or kayak in the Olympic Park of the Seu d'Urgell. There is a place to ride horses at 25 minutes. This is a suitable place for the fans of the mushrooms collection at the beginning of the season of autumn, and the second Sunday of October there is the celebration the Fair of the Robellón (typical mushroom) in Coll de Nargó. Andorra is only to 45 minutes by car.
