In 75 square meters of space it accommodates 6 people with a double bedroom, a single bedroom and in the living room a single sofa bed and a French sofa bed.
We are located near the A13 motorway exit of Fiera Ferrara.
Possibility to park for free on the street.
LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, TV and kitchenette with four gas burners, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, gas kettle, microwave oven, traditional oven and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: single bed, desk and wardrobe.
BATHROOM 1: with shower cubicle and bathtub, bidet and toilet.
BATHROOM 2: bidet, washing machine and toilet.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: split A/C (located in the double bedroom, single bedroom and in the living room), unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board.
Private garden for the exclusive use of guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.

Bel appartement agreable et au calme.
Un peu loin du centre ville, mais le bus passe à 10 minutes de marche ( pour aller en ville20 min ou à la gare30 min).
Zone commerciale à 10 minutes de voiture.
Proche des voies rapides.
Pas de commerces tres proches ou de restaurants, mais on peut se faire la cuisine.
Petit jardin. Dommage les moustiques l'apprécient.

Prima locatie appartement was zeer schoon. Goeie airco, buitenzitje en parkeerplaats aanwezig.
Ferrara is leuk plaatsje.
3 kwartier rijden van strand en Bologna een half uur rijden en zeer de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan.
Soggiorno presso la struttura ottimo… l’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort…. Posizione ottima… relax totale
