The apartment is characterized by its quiet location and features not only a balcony but also a spacious south-facing terrace from which you can already catch the salty breeze of the ocean. The open, bright living and dining area is modern and tastefully furnished.
Here you can feel comfortable and relax all year round, thanks to the underfloor heating, which ensures additional coziness.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to shared cooking evenings. One bedroom with a generous box-spring bed promises restful nights, while the second bedroom has a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) that can accommodate two children or one adult.
The modern bathroom with a spacious shower and large sink completes the high-quality amenities. Additional comfort is provided by a lockable bicycle shed directly at the house and a private parking space in the underground garage. The holiday apartment is located in Timmendorfer Strand, specifically in the Niendorf district, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find the seawater swimming pool, restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a fish shop, and a large EDEKA supermarket with a bakery and café, which opened in 2018. Neuwertiges Haus mit Tiefgaragenparkplatz, Fahrradschuppen und 2 Balkonen
Das höchst unangemessene Verhalten des Hausverwalters, festgeklebte Lebensmittelreste im Kühlschrank, Tischlampe mit kaputtem Lampenschirm, in dem noch die Scherben hingen, Nachttischlampe mit defektem Schalter.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und doch zentral

An.- und Abreise verlief reibungslos.
Es gibt für jeden Mieter einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl!
