Below the sandy beach of Niendorf and the enchanting Baltic Sea, the newly completed holiday flat OCEAN BREEZE No.6 awaits you, offering space for up to four people. The flat is characterised by its quiet location and, in addition to a balcony, also has a spacious south-facing terrace from which you can already sniff the salty ocean breeze.
The open, bright living and dining area is modern and tastefully designed. Here you can feel comfortable and relax all year round thanks to the underfloor heating, which provides additional cosiness. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped and invites you to cook together.
One bedroom with a spacious box-spring bed promises restful nights, while a sofa bed (120 x 200 cm) in the second bedroom offers space for two children or one adult. The modern bathroom with spacious shower and large washbasin completes the high-quality furnishings.
Further comfort is provided by a lockable bicycle shed directly at the house and a private car parking space in the underground car park.
The holiday flat is located on Timmendorfer Strand, more precisely in the Niendorf district, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find the seawater swimming pool, restaurants, cafés, a bakery, a fish shop and a large EDEKA supermarket with bakery and café, which opened in 2018. In the idyllic Niendorf harbour, you can dine in the open air and enjoy the maritime view.
The centre of Timmendorfer Strand, also known as the "bathtub" of Hamburg, invites you to stroll around. Here you will find gourmet restaurants, cafés, galleries and upmarket fashion shops, which are also open on Sundays and invite you to take a relaxed stroll and shop.
For worthwhile day trips, we recommend:
- a visit to TRAVEMÜNDE with its ferry and cruise terminal, where you can experience the cruisers up close from the promenade.
- a crossing by ferry or car ferry across the Trave to Priwall to explore the former GDR border and the last windjammer of its time, the PASSAT.
- a trip to the marzipan city and World Heritage Site LÜBECK with the Holsten Gate and a historic old town, following in the footsteps of the Buddenbrooks and more.
- an excursion to the HOLSTEIN SWITZERLAND with manor houses, castles, estates and a large lake landscape.
- of course a visit to the HANseatic City of Hamburg, the 'Gateway to the World', with the Alster and Elbe, the impressive ELPHI, the St. Pauli Landungsbrücken, the harbour with
one of the most modern container terminals and much more.

Das Konzept in dem Haus ist gut durchdacht.
An.- und Abreise verlief reibungslos.
Es gibt für jeden Mieter einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl!
