Live like a local in this traditional accommodation located in a quiet area and just a few minutes walk from the historic centre of Madrid and the traditional places: La Cava Baja, El Rastro, Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace in La Latina neighbourhood.



Enjoy a unique experience on your next adventure in Madrid from this bright accommodation with large windows that allow plenty of light to enter and with blinds and shutters for those times when you want a little less light. The property has two floors, on the second floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub and shower, perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day exploring the wonders of Madrid.

On the first floor, you will find a second bedroom with a single bed, an additional bathroom equipped with WC and shower, a warm and cosy living room with TV, a large sofa next to the 4-seater dining room, the ideal space to create unforgettable moments with those who accompany you. In addition, a comfortable kitchen equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite recipes and feel at home during your stay in this great place.

The flat is well located in the La Latina neighbourhood. All of Madrid's main sights are within walking distance: the Royal Palace and Opera House, San Francisco Cathedral, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and a little further away the Reina Sofia and El Prado museums.


Sundays in La Latina are spectacular. El Rastro, a large antiques market, is just a short walk away and the neighbourhood is full of life. We are also just a few minutes walk from the tapas bars of Cava Baja. Located just down the street from the flat are Sixta and Atril, both fun alternative bars that are packed on Sunday nights before midnight.




For a more fun night out, the flat is 5 metro stops from Chueca, one of Madrid's best known neighbourhoods for its atmosphere and nightlife. However, if you want a quieter days, you can enjoy its best cultural plans such as: the Museo del Romanticismo, the Palacio del Marqués de Matallana, the Museo de Historia and many more places full of art and history that you will love.



The flat is between the metro stops La Latina and Puerta de Toledo on line 5. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Plaza Mayor and another 5 minutes from Sol, the centre of Madrid. Taxis are available 24 hours a day from La Latina metro station and there are several bus lines on the adjacent Gran Via de San Francisco.




There is a BiciMAD station at the Y of our street on Carrera de San Francisco. From here you can rent an electric bicycle and ride anywhere in the centre of Madrid, dropping the bike off at any BiciMAD station. The rental process is fully automated: you can book in advance online or at the BiciMAD station. It is €2 per hour of use with a maximum of 2 hours per use. There is no limit to how many times a day you can rent a bike.




A taxi ride from Barajas to the flat costs just €30 and the return is €35. These are fixed fares that do not change depending on the route taken. The journey usually takes less than 30 minutes.




Our flat is located in the narrow streets of the historic centre of Madrid. Non-residents are only allowed on routes that provide access to garages, there is no on-street parking for non-residents. Enforcement is done through automated camera systems. Fines and citations will be issued to the vehicle registrant. There are large garages within a 10-minute walk between Mercado de la Cebada and Puerta de Toledo. Each will charge up to 31 € per 24 hours.




For stays of 28 days or more, please note the following information
1. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 150 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution centre once the bills are available. Internet is free of charge for all stays and will not be taken into account here.

3. You will be charged an additional administrative service fee of 175 EUR
