Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited.

Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass. One dog is allowed paying a fee of 100€. A deposit of 200 € is required to cover possible damages that may be caused.

Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war gut. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Toaster hat gefehlt, ansonsten alles da gewesen. Super tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse auf die Bucht und den Hafen. Aufgepasst: Um zur Wohnung zu gelangen müssen 90 Stufen überwunden werden. Aber man hat ja Urlaub und kann sich dafür Zeit lassen ;-)Gerne wieder

The secondary employees were fine, including house keeping. They wanted to support. I've been to Gran Canaria many, many times, and I love the Patalavaca area. That's why I went back. There's no issue with the area.
This is an ongoing dispute with VillaGranCanaria, Interhome, and Holidu. Interhome is cooperative; VillaGranCanaria is non-responsive and responsible. Holidu deflects liability despite civil law obligations. The ad was false, claiming minutes to the beach (a.o. things), but the apartment is high in ...
