Das Haus hat eine sehr ruhige Lage.Dies kam uns sehr entgegen.
Ja Abstriche müssen wir dann doch noch machen.Die Zufahrtsstraße,Hafenstraße, um ihrem Objekt gleicht einer Panzerstraße.Hier kann man sich sehr schnell Schäden am PKW und anderen Frahrzeugen zuziehen.Dann beginnt erst der große Ärger mit allen Behörden.Natürlich ist es ein großes Problem dies zu ändern.Natürlich im Interesse aller Urlauber und Anlieger.

Die Übergabe der Schlüssel in Zingst hätte mit mehr Information erfolgen müssen, nicht das man den Schlüssel 🔑 für den Fahrradschuppen im Haus erst suchen muss.
Die Gebühren für die Endreinigung sind etwas hoch gegriffen, soviel haben wir bisher noch nirgends an der Ostsee bezahlt. Die Gebühren List...
