Obwohl das Haus gut belegt war, gab es keine Geräusche.
Selbst wenn es nicht in Ihre Verantwortung fällt, gab es störende Geräusche durch Bauarbeiten sowohl
Im Haus wie auch auf der Baustelle gegenüber.
Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ausstattung, Balkon, Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Sehr gepflegt.
Die Sanitäranlagen waren leider nicht sauber.
( Fugen in der Dusche waren schimmlig, auch die Toilette war nicht sauber)
Wir haben Besseres erwartet.

Zentrale Anbindung, keine Nachbarn im Haus gehört, sehr ruhige Lage, wenn man sich due Baustelle wegdenkt
Die Baustelle vor dem Haus hätte Erwähnung finden können. Früh wurden wir lautstark geweckt. Keine Grundausstattung an z. B. Haushaltstüchern ( 2 Blätter), Salz oder Zucker, eigentlich auch Kaffee sind inzwischen Standard. Spinnweben in der Wohnung, ein Platz ( Stuhl) völlig vollgekrümelt, Teller u...
