Location: Barkhagen near Plau am See. Quiet location in the Plauerhagen district on a spacious property with fruit trees. Beautiful bathing beach on Lake Plau with large sunbathing lawn and snack bar in Quetzin (5 km). Centre of Plau with shops, restaurants, supermarket 6 km.
House: Beautiful small holiday home on large property (1,750 sqm) with beautiful garden and adjoining small pond. Cosy furnishings. Electric heating. Inviting covered terrace with seating furniture, barbecue. 1 parking space.
D 47.29 Holiday cottage 2-5 pers.: 2 1/2-room house with approx. 60 sqm living space over 2 floors. Ground floor: kitchen/dining room with dining table, radio, kitchenette (oven, microwave). Living/sleeping room as double room with sitting area, satellite TV. Bath/WC. Separate WC. From the kitchen/dining room stairs to the converted attic (sloping ceilings, maximum headroom 1.80 m): 3-bed room with single bed, 2 single mattresses, satellite TV. Note: We recommend occupancy of the attic room by children only.
