Das Haus hat einen schönen Blick auf den See, ist großzügig geschnitten und es ist ruhig gelegen.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit im und um das Haus lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung ist kaputt oder alt.
Man merkt das es für den Besitzer nur eine Immobilie ist, von Gastfreundschaft keine Spur.
