Location: Les Crosets, above Val d'Illiez. Quiet hillside location above the village at an altitude of 1800 m with a magnificent view of the "Dents du Midi" mountain range. Ideal starting point for mountain hikes. Restaurant 500 m. Shopping, chairlifts (summer operation) 2 km.
House: Beautiful Valais farmhouse from 1900, lovingly renovated with great attention to detail into a rustic chalet. 5-room house with 100 sqm of living space over 2 floors. Typical chalet atmosphere through the preservation of original wooden beams combined with modern comfort amenities. Heating via fireplace, additional electric heating. Hot water via 460 l electric boiler. Notes: no children under 12 years old. Adjacent to the chalet is a rustic alpine hut that can be used additionally upon request for a small fee.
Ground floor: Cozy living room with fireplace, small seating area, satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD, dining table, separate kitchen area (oven, microwave, dishwasher). Very nice bathroom: shower, sink, toilet.
1st floor: 1-bed room (sloping ceiling) with sink, toilet. Double room with balcony. Double room. 3-bed room with 2 single beds, sofa bed, satellite TV, wellness shower, balcony. Bathroom: Jacuzzi bathtub, sink, toilet.
Alpine Hut: Very cozy hut adjoining the chalet with a dining table, fireplace, kitchenette (oven, plancha), shower, toilet, hayloft (please bring sleeping bags). Ideal for cozy evenings and small celebrations with a Heidi feeling!

Additional Costs: Final cleaning 150 SFr. Pellet heating according to consumption (approx. 40 SFr). Tourist tax is paid on site. Bed linen can be rented for 15 SFr/person. Please bring your own towels. Additional services: Use of the rustic alpine hut in the annex upon request for 15 SFr/day. 4 car parking spaces included in the price. MULTIPASS: free use of lifts, swimming pools, mini-golf, tennis, buses and much more. Deposit 300 SFr. Pets allowed, free of charge, max. 3 dogs (registration required).

wunderbar.
Hoch oben am Berg.
Die Wetteränderungen sind ein Naturschauspiel ohne gleichen.
Leider ist das Haus direkt an der Strasse und die Verkehrsteilnehmer rücksichtslos. Unsere supernette Vermieterfamilie hat Verkehrsschilder mit Tempo 30 aufgestellt. Die wurden beflissentlich ignoriert.
Wir waren im Oktober da und da gibt es im weiteren Umkreis keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
