Mit Fahrrad ist die Lage nicht so schlecht. Alles gut erreichbar weil an der Straße gelegen.
Ein wenig feucht die Wohnung ( oder für uns ungewohnt). Grundreinigung der Küche wäre empfehlenswert (insbesondere der Filter der Dunstabzugshaube) und ein Austausch von div. Gerätschaften ( z.B.Schneidebrettchen).
Fast alle Haken im Bad locker!!

Die Räume: WZ/Küche, SZ waren sauber, der Boden im Bad auch.

Innenausstattung war nicht wie auf den Bildern
Was nicht geht, war die Toilette, die schmutzig war und sich auch nicht mit normalem Reinigungsmittel säubern ließ. Noch schlimmer waren die Armaturen der Dusche, die waren schon hart verkeimt mit Schimmel.
Sehr feucht die Wohnung und es riecht sehr moderig !

Alles alt in der Wohnung !
Sehr hohe Feuchtigkeit alles stinkt moderig ! Wasserhahn tropft kann man nicht abstellen !
Steckdosen muss man aufpassen das man sie nicht rauszieht aus der Wand wenn man den Stecker raus nimmt! Dusche mal warmes Wasser dann wieder kalt !
