Sehr schöne Lage, zentral gelegen, sehr gut für Leute ohne Auto, da Bahnhof und Einkaufsstätte gleich in der Nähe. Karls Erlebnisdorf ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Streckelsberg als höchste Erhebung Usedoms unmittelbar vor der Haustür. Das Achterwasser in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Einfach toll.
