Detached and topped with a thatched roof, Ferienhaus Am Küstenwald 33 combines modern comfort with a quiet setting in a pretty holiday village in Koserow. The cliff edge and its steps down to the Baltic Sea beach are just about 450 m away. After a day by the sea, the wood-burning stove makes an inviting setting for the evening.
The 90 m² house sleeps up to 6 people across 2 floors. Downstairs are the living and dining area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people.
An oven, microwave and dishwasher make it easy to prepare and share meals. The large terrace has seating and a barbecue, and there is a small garden too. Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a garden shed for bicycles are also available. The town centre, shops and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf are each about 1 km away. A restaurant is approximately 180 m away in a straight line.
There are 2 parking spaces at the house, 1 of which is included in the price. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with prior registration for €50 per stay. Bed linen can be hired for €16 and towels for €10 per person, by prior order. Final cleaning costs €130 and is charged at booking; a tourist tax also applies. The security deposit is €150. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Check-in is from 16:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Das Haus ist schön. Auf der Terrasse konnte man Abends schön sitzen, Strand war Fussläufig über eine Treppe erreichbar. Mit Kindern schwierig, aber machbar
Vor uns waren Mieter mit Hunden und es wurde leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt und es hat nach Hund gestunken. Sehr viele Hundehaare auf dem Boden, Kissen, Bad, Schlafzimmer,etc.! Bett ist am letzten Tag kaputt gegangen, Toilettenspülung hat nicht immer funktioniert…irgendwie hat man das Gefühl gehabt, dass alles in die Jahre gekommen ist.
