Die Angaben zur Abholung des Schlüssels ( ausgedruckte Unterlagen mitbringen) waren unrichtig.
Die Check-out Zeiten entsprachen ebenfalls nicht den Tatsachen; in der Beschreibung steht 10 Uhr, in der Buchungsbestätigung wird 9 Uhr gefordert.
