Location: Pepelow near Rerik. Rural, quiet location with a beautiful view over the fields to the Salzhaff. Bathing and surfing area on the Salzhaff 900 m. Shopping in Neubukow 5 km. Baltic seaside resort of Rerik with beautiful beach, shops, restaurants 9 km.
House: Typical regional thatched roof house of a former Büdnerei. The small rural property has been converted and restored with great attention to detail into a holiday home with five flats. Tasteful furnishings, cosy and rustic ambience with beautiful wooden beamed ceilings. Free internet access via W-Lan. Central heating. Non-smoking flats. Large garden with water view of the Salzhaff, 1 seating area per apartment, play and sunbathing lawn, sandpit, swing, slide, barbecue (shared use). Parking facilities for one car per apartment on the estate. Note: Bicycle hire in Neubukow, delivery service to the house.
