Location: Ostseebad Rerik. Quiet location in a housing estate on the outskirts. Steep bank with access to the Baltic Sea beach approx. 350 m. Public sauna, whirlpool (fee) 100 m. Town centre 1 km. Shopping 800 m.
House: Comfortable semi-detached house, consisting of two halves with lots of space. Cosy furnishings. Central heating. Terrace, beautiful garden with seating furniture, barbecue.

Die Lage des Hauses hat uns gut gefallen
Keine Beschäftigung für die Kinder. Keine Schaukel und nichts. Das Haus war komplett dreckig. Wie sind angekommen und mussten ersteinmal putzen. Sowas widerliches habe ich noch nie erlebt. Überall spinnen, überall dreck. Der Backofen wurde mind 5 Jahre nicht gereinigt. Die Türen sind teilweise kaput...

Das Ferienhaus selbst. Bei Ankunft mussten wir feststellen das die Bilder im Internet etwas anderes zeigen als es vor Ort ist. Die Bilder zeigen ein gepflegtes Haus mit Garten. In Wirklichkeit ist das Haus von außen zugewachsen und der Garten ungepflegt. Des weiteren hatte man den Eindruck, daß das...

Großes, komplett ausgestattetes Haus mit üppig Platz. Nah an einer der Treppen zum Strand. Nah zum tollen Rad- und Spazierweg an der Steilküste. Verwunschener kleiner Garten. Supermarkt durch den Garten gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit war naja und alles ist etwas verwohnt - das ist beim Preis berücksichtigt und deshalb für mich kein Grund für einen Punktabzug bei der Gesamtbewertung.
