Location: Ostseebad Rerik. Quiet location in a housing estate on the outskirts. Steep bank with access to the Baltic Sea beach approx. 350 m. Public sauna, whirlpool (fee) 100 m. Town centre 1 km. Shopping 800 m.
House: Comfortable semi-detached house, consisting of two halves with lots of space. Cosy furnishings. Central heating. Terrace, beautiful garden with seating furniture, barbecue.
