Ruhige, aber zentrumsnahe Lage und kurzer Weg zum Strand. Abstellmöglickeit für Fahrräder, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung.
Die Matratzen waren extrem durchgelegen - sie müssten unbedingt erneuert werden.

Wenn die Parkgebühr am Haffplatz höher ausfällt als der Preis für das Mittagessen dann läuft da gehörig was schief. Vielleicht sollten sich die Dorfältesten diesbezüglich mal zusammensetzen

Übergabe hat alles gut geklappt .
Wohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden.
Es könnte mal eine neue Kaffeemaschine gekauft werden. Und bei den Matratzen hat man an der falschen Stelle gespart.
