Der sehr kurze Weg zum Naturstrand und die ruhige Lage
Werktäglicher Baulärm (Abrissarbeiten in ca. 10 Meter Entfernung) ab 7.00 Uhr, enge Parkbuchten unter dem Haus die täglich unter Wasser standen, versiffte Balkonstühle und -Tisch, an einem Tag mittags bis abends weder Wasser noch Heizung aufgrund Wartungsarbeiten
