Die Lage nah am Stand ist sehr gut und es liegt schön ruhig, aber doch zentral.
Die Wohnung ist zwar sauber aber schon sehr abgewohnt. WLAN stand nicht zur Verfügung. Der muffige Geruch, den schon andere angegeben hatten, hat sich bestätigt. Es gibt keinerlei Beschreibungen im Haus, z. B. Bedienung von Gasheizung und Herd. Putzmittel muss man suchen und sind alt und ecklig.
Die Lage war 1a. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut.

Die Lage war gut
Der Zustand des gesamten Anwesen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Bilder auf der Website stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. Einiges an der Inneneinrichtung war defekt.
Die Verletzungsgefahr durch schlecht verlegte Platten auf der Terrasse ist sehr hoch, scharfkantige Bleche sind nicht gesichert.
Für mich kommt dieses Haus nicht mehr in Frage
