Die Ruhe und Umgebung.
Das es kein richtigen Weg zum Objekt gibt. Für uns sehr üngünstig gewesen, da der Mann gebehindert ist und uns aber gesagt wurde, dass es nur die 5 Stufen vor dem Objekt sind.
Das Haus, Lage und Preis waren es trotzdem wert. DANKE

Die Lage im Wald bzw unter den Bäumen ist ideal vor allem wenn es zu heiß ist. Man hört das Meer direkt und natürlich den Rasenden Roland. Man hat jede Menge an Platz und kommt zur Ruh
Es sollten einige Sachen ersetzt/erneuert geschweige denn repariert werden. Der Zugang zur Behausung sollte nachts belichtet sein und die Treppe ausgebessert. Man muss darauf achten wo man hin tritt da man sonst über die Wurzeln stolpert. Es riecht stark in der Behausung und lässt sich nicht mit Raumdeo beseitigen.

Die Meeresnähe war sehr schön, überhaupt auch die Lage im Wäldchen. Auch die Ruhe war sehr erholsam.
Leider hatte das Haus einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch, der auch mit reichlichem Lüften nicht verschwand, es roch stark miefig und nach ‚Mottenkugeln‘.
