Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft.
Die Schlüsselübergabe ist etwas kompliziert, da man in Baabe den Schlüssel holen und abgeben muss. Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist und 10 Stunden Fahrt einplanen muss und deswegen diese Fahrt dann noch einmal unterbrechen muss, wegen Schlüssel Übergabe, ist das weniger angenehm. Lage, Ausblick und Schnitt.
Parkplatz nach Verfügbarkeit, da die Parkplätze im Ort rar und überteuert sind (30 min für 80cent)
Lärm durch laute Musik von der Gastronomie und dem Strandpavillon.
