Helle, freundliche Wohnung mit toller Lage und guter Ausstattung. Bäcker gegenüber, Strandnähe, herrliche Villen, Strandnähe mit feinem Sand und toller Ausblick auf die Seebrücke und die Ostsee. Gute Auswahl an Restaurants.
Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz in 500m Entfernung. Keine Rollos/Vorhänge als Sonnenschutz im Wohnraum. Kein Fenster im Bad, aber funktionierende Belüftung. Ausblick im Schlafzimmer und Küche, dafür im Esszimmer Blick ins Grüne
