Die Fewo liegt im Obergeschoss mit Balkon und ist trotz der Lage an Baabes Strandstraße ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist gut. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Carport (der einzige für das ganze Objekt), der aber nur für nicht sehr lange Fahrzeuge geeignet ist.

Die Preisgestaltung der Endreinigung fanden wir etwas teuer. Bei 130 € Kosten für Endreinigung und zusätzlicher Kaution ist die Fewo besenrein zu übergeben und die Bettwäsche selber auf- und abzuziehen. Die Kaution (beinhaltet auch Verlassen der Fewo ohne Müll und mit gereinigtem und aufgeräumten Geschirr, was selbstverständlich sein sollte) wurde aber völlig problemlos vollständig zurückgezahlt.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung,alles da was man braucht..Bäcker und ,,Konsum,,fußläufig...Carport und Platz für Räder super...trotz ,,Italiener,,im Erdgeschoss sehr ruhig,2 Balkone...alles in allem gerne wieder...
