Location: Baltic seaside resort of Kolobrzeg. Excellent location in the attractive harbour district, near the coastal town park and lighthouse. Baltic Sea beach with promenade 350 m. Pier 400 m. Shops, restaurants 20 m. Excursion boats to Bornholm 40 m.
House: Beautiful residence with comfortable holiday flats. Lift in the house. Beautiful holiday flats with modern, tasteful furnishings, flat screen satellite TV. Central heating. Balcony with beautiful view of the harbour. Guarded car park 50 m (fee).
