This charming holiday home accommodates up to 4 people and is located in a quiet area, just a 5-minute drive from the popular resort of Pléneuf-Val-André. On the ground floor, there is a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opening onto a ground-level terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to a second terrace overlooking the garden. Inside, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a second bedroom with a bathroom. The enclosed garden is perfect for children and pets. Two cars can be safely parked.
The house is in Saint-Alban, between the Bay of Saint-Brieuc and the Emerald Coast. It is close to beautiful beaches and the port of Dahouët. The 2.5 km-long Val-André beach is one of the most beautiful on the northern coast. The local golf course also attracts many visitors.

Vlotte uitje met vrienden. De woonkamer was erg sfeervol en we genoten van het terras dat uitkijkt op de tuin. Parkeren ging zonder problemen, wat altijd een pluspunt is. Het voldeed aan onze verwachtingen met een nette badkamer en fijne bedden.

We arrived late but check-in went smoothly and quickly. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy for relaxing after a long journey. A lovely spot for family time between outings.
