The EL PINO townhouse in Moraira has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
A Mediterranean gem, which turns 100 years old this year and was originally an authentic fisherman's house in Moraira.
It is located by the sea and directly above the famous El Portet beach in Moraira, a townhouse with stairs leading directly down to the sandy beach.
A house for sea and leisure lovers, undoubtedly, as right below it, you'll also find one of the area's most famous restaurants, Restaurante el Portet. Accommodation Layout: With 150 m² of living space, the townhouse is spread over two floors connected by internal stairs.
The main floor features a rustic-style, fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a table for 8, air conditioning, a TV area with a sofa, one bedroom with a double bed and beautiful sea views, and a second bedroom with a double bed. From the living room, you access a spectacular terrace with a table for dining and enjoying meals while overlooking the sea, and outdoor seating with stunning views of El Portet beach and the Peñón de Ifach in the background.
Outside the house, next to the kitchen, there is a full bathroom with a shower. Going up the stairs from the living room, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower, the third bedroom with two single beds and sea views, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a lovely terrace with open sea views. Exterior of the Accommodation: The townhouse has a private parking area for about 3 vehicles within its grounds.
Two terraces offer spectacular sea views, and it is located directly above the beach and El Portet restaurant. It is situated 0 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Portet", 0 m from the rocky beach "Playa del Portet", 0 m from the restaurant, 1 km from the town "Moraira", 1 km from the supermarket, 6 km from the golf course "Club de Golf Ifach", and is located in an ideal area for families and by the sea. Other Amenities: It features garden furniture, a terrace, a washing machine, free internet access (Wi-Fi), electric radiator heating, outdoor parking in the same building, and a television.
Traditional, rustic and just amazing property. Booking again.
