4 Bolt Head is stunning first floor apartment set in a complex of luxury properties, offering spectacular views over the Salcombe estuary and the South Sands beach below.
Located a short walk away from South West Coastal Path and the popular National Trust property Overbeck’s, the seaside home of inventor Otto Overbeck. The apartment can be accessed from a communal door in the parking area to a small lobby on the first floor.
The front door opens in to a hallway from which all rooms can be accessed. The very attractive and well-presented open plan kitchen/sitting, and dining room offers breathtaking views out over the golden beaches of East Portlemouth and the Salcombe estuary.
Two sets of French doors lead out to two separate balconies each with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units a central island/breakfast bar and electrical appliances.
The dining area has a large New England table and chairs, with matching sideboard, and a writing desk.
The spacious lounge has a large sofa, armchairs, coffee table and Smart TV. Two bedrooms in total: a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe and an en suite with large shower cubicle, w.c and wash-hand basin.
The second bedroom has twin single beds, bedside units and wardrobe with drawers.
In addition to the en suite is an elegant, fully tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), wash-hand basin and w.c. There is allocated parking for one car in the undercover carpark.

Nice apartment with stunning views, but the hot water and radiators were all switched off on arrival, and no response to email and telephone enquiries about how to switch on so had to root around and work it out, which wasn't very helpful. New batteries required for candles in lounge, and radiator in twin bedroom didn't work.

As a frequent guests, we are safe in he knowledge that, should a storm prevent our journeying to town 2 mile's hence, we would be able to spend the duration enjoying not only the stunning views inland, but relaxing in the comfort afforded by 4 Bolt Head!

We have been visiting bolt head for several years and have always found it clean and tidy to a very high standard.It is a beautiful location and the views are outstanding.There are superb walks in the area,and the bay is so safe to swim in.we have found several local locations for lovely evening meals.We will continue to return.
