The entrance is through the living room (well-equipped open kitchen, dining area, lounge area with television). The bathroom with walk-in shower is accessible from this room. A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms (beds: 1 160x200 bed + 2 90x200 twin beds), a separate toilet and the laundry room.
The exterior offers you different spaces shaded by green oaks, an independent terrace of 12 m2 with dining table and plancha, independent garden furniture, parking, as well as an above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners open from the beginning of June to the end of September depending on weather conditions (4.5m diameter - 1.20m depth).
Optionally, a gym can be made available to you.
