## Space
Our flat, located on Boulevard National on the 7th floor with lift of a semi-recent building, offers plenty of natural light and is ideal for working or relaxing. It's a 10-minute walk from Marseille Saint-Charles TGV station and the metro, and 5 minutes from the Belle de Mai cultural district. The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with sofa and dining table, and there is a quiet balcony. The sleeping area comprises three bedrooms with double beds and storage space. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, vanity unit and WC. No wifi. Close to transport links, Gare Saint-Charles, Belle de Mai and Longchamp, the area is lively and home to many shops of various nationalities, offering an ideal location to discover Marseille.

In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels are not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.


To confirm your booking a deposit must be paid via a pre-authorisation on your bank card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Important: No arrival will be possible after 23:00.

For all bookings of 30 days or more, the signature of a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility.

## Neighborhood
Located close to the Gare Saint-Charles, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. The Old Port is less than 15 minutes away by metro. You can visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colourful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches. Near our accommodation, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
