HELENA HOLIDAY HOME APARTMENT IN ALTEA
In the heart of Altea, 50 metres from the beach, this fully renovated luxury apartment with a completely new interior and sea view is located! The modern decor and furnishings create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, where you can truly unwind.
The apartment complex borders the charming boulevard of Altea with various restaurants, bars and shops, a unique location.
Everything is within walking distance, so you can leave the car behind! The apartment has a shared swimming pool, but taking a refreshing dip in the Mediterranean Sea is of course also delightful.

All bedrooms are equipped with roller shutters.
Air conditioning is present throughout the entire apartment. OUTSIDE AT APARTMENT HELENA From the living area, you walk through the sliding door onto the spacious terrace (facing east). There is a dining table with 4 chairs and a lounge area.
There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool.
From the pool, you can walk directly to Platja de l'Espigo beach. DISTANCES This apartment is located in the beautiful centre of Altea, a unique location.
You will find everything within very short walking distance. Beach Platja de l'Espigo 50 metres, sandy beach Playa del Albir 4.5 km, shops 50 metres, supermarket 500 metres, restaurants/bars 50 metres, Alicante airport 71 km, Valencia airport 138 km PRACTICAL INFORMATION Particularities - In the period from July through August, we apply a minimum stay of 7 nights with a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. - In the other months, we apply a minimum stay of 4 nights, and arrival and departure are permitted on any day of the week.
