Quietly situated in a sunny spot on a residential road this modern retreat for 5 is ideally set up for outside living with a gorgeous swimming pool, a sundeck with comfortable loungers and a covered dining area with a brick BBQ.
Inside the one-story property enjoys an open plan living space which is furnished with a wall-mounted, digital flatscreen smart HDTV, a sofa and a dining table.
This area also incorporates a modern kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer Please note that bigger groups, up to 10 guests, can also enjoy a holiday by booking the adjacent property ID 10860 along with ID 10835. Both properties are connected by their private gardens when booked together. Sleeping Bedroom 1: The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a desk, a wall-mounted TV and a wardrobe.

Originally a medieval settlement under Venetian rule, Labin's historic centre is characterised by narrow cobblestone streets, medieval buildings and charming squares. The closest supermarket is less than a 10-minute walk away.
For wine lovers, Vino Matiška winery is less than a 10-minute drive away. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploration.
Visitors can take scenic hikes or bike rides through the countryside, and explore nearby nature parks such as Učka Nature Park (a 30-minute drive) and Sentonina Staza Waterfall (a 10-minute drive). The popular seaside resort of Rabac, known for its beautiful beaches is a 10-minute drive away where guests can enjoy water sports and swimming along the coast. The closest airport to the accommodation is Pula International Airport (PUY) approximately a 40-minute drive away.

Das Haus hatte wirklich einen tollen Pool, auch die liegen und die Pool terasse waren super.
Unser Kontakt hat sich vorbildlich gekümmert, Empfehlungen ausgesprochen, und Probleme sogleich gelöst. Besser geht es nicht.

Wunderschönes Anwesen in Labin, ideal für eine Familie. Alles gepflegt und sauber. Super eingerichtet mit Waschmaschine, Föhn, Küchengeräten etc. Nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Apotheke und was sonst noch so das Herz begehrt. Super freundlicher Host, war jederzeit erreichbar. Danke!

Het huisje was heel erg proper, de eigenaar kwam ons helpen want we kregen de sleutels niet uit het kastje.
Zwembad was brandschoon, bedden heel comfortabel ook. Tuin was geweldig! Wij hebben een heel goede ervaring gehad en kunnen dit alleen maar aanraden.
Supermarkt op wandel afstand, rustige straat, makkelijk naar alle trekpleisters in Istrië te gaan. Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie!
