Inside the Residence "Sant'Elena" with swimming pool, just a few steps from the lake, a flat located on the ground floor for a family or group holiday for up to 4 people.


The flat, with Wi-Fi internet connection included, welcomes guests with a bright living room, consisting of a sofa, dining table with chairs, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. French windows lead to a private balcony, furnished with a dining table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a view of the Residence's garden. The flat continues with the sleeping area composed of two bedrooms; the master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe, the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC completes the flat.

Guests can easily park their cars in the private car park inside the Residence.

*The swimming pool is seasonal and can be used from May to September. Swimming caps may be required.

Peschiera del Garda is the Italian lake town par excellence, also called "the fortified town" due to the presence of its military fortress, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017. The historical remains of the town can be admired starting at the entrance to the historic centre, the 'Porta Verona', and continuing on to the Palazzina Storica Museum, with frescoes dating back to the 20th century. Peschiera also offers marvellous lidos and amusement parks such as the world-famous 'Gardaland', which can be easily reached in 20 minutes by shuttle bus from the Peschiera train station, otherwise only 10 minutes by car.


The flat is easily accessible from the nearby airport Villafranca di Verona, which is less than 30 minutes away by car.
