Villa Rosanna sits in the Comunione delle Sirene area of Santa Margherita di Pula, on Sardinia’s south coast. Just a few steps from a shared condominium beach, this waterfront villa also offers beach and mountain views. Its 150 m² accommodate up to 6 guests, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include double and single beds.
Spend time outside in the garden or gather around the barbecue area, which has an outdoor dining and relaxation space. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is handy after a visit to the beach. Inside, the living and dining area has a fireplace, while the kitchen makes shared meals easy with appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and coffee and tea maker.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a gym add to the amenities. Bed linen and towels are included, and a washer-dryer and high chair are available. There are 3 private parking spaces within the property, and longer stays are allowed.
A restaurant is approximately 550 m away and a supermarket around 1.1 km away, measured in a straight line. The nearest beach is approximately 280 m away in a straight line. Check-in is from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
