Description of the apartment
The Waldeck holiday flat is located directly on the edge of the forest and is on the ground floor of my 2-family house. It is accessible via a separate entrance behind the house and is separated from the rest of the private living space. It is also located in a very quiet residential area, slightly away from the main road.
The apartment offers plenty of space for 1-4 people on 85 m² of living space. By arrangement, another 1-2 people could be accommodated in the spacious living room.
In the photos you can see the folding bed 0.80 to 1.80 m with 10 cm thick mattress + additional topper for the 4th person.
The two available children's armchairs can be converted into sleeping accommodation for small children up to 1.30 or 1.50 m tall
The large, modern and cosily furnished living room with pull-out corner sofa bed and separate sofa bed as well as flat-screen TV invites you to linger and chill out. Direct access to the terrace and garden is possible from here.
The dining room consists of a dining set for 6 people. A high chair for small children is available. Meals can be enjoyed here and card or board games can be played for a short while. It is possible to borrow games from our collection.
A small storage room in the EZ offers space for bags or suitcases and supplies. This is also where the cleaning materials, hoover and stand-alone tumble dryer are stored.
The kitchen adjoining the dining room was only completed in mid-March 2024 and is completely new and leaves absolutely nothing to be desired. It can be closed with a sliding door and includes the following furnishings:
- Crockery (flat plates, deep plates, dessert plates, breakfast bowls)
- Cutlery, large and small sharp knives, cheese grater, peeler, salad servers
- Pans, pots, bowls, platters, casserole dish
- Glasses and cups
- Cooking pots and pans
- Oils and spices as well as various teas, coffee and coffee filters. Teas, coffee and coffee filters
- Containers for takeaway food (please bring them back!)
- Coffee machine, thermos flask and kettle
- Toaster and microwave
- Oven, hob and dishwasher
- Hot air fryer, raclette, table grill
- Fridge with integrated freezer compartment
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and 1 chest of drawers. An additional TV can be connected here. Duvets, pillows and bed linen are included in the price.
The new bathroom with large shower is equipped with WC, large washbasin, mirror cabinet, wall cupboards, hairdryer and new washing machine. Shower towels, hand towels and flannels are provided and included in the price. Detergent is also included if you wish to wash your laundry on site. There are also toiletries such as toilet paper, shower cream, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, ... You know how it goes when you leave something at home that should actually be on the trip
Between the bathroom, bedroom and living room is the small hallway with wardrobe for your jackets, shoes, hats, etc.

The Waldeck holiday flat in Losheim am See offers you the perfect retreat in the midst of unspoilt nature, ideal for families and nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity you will find fantastic cycling and hiking trails that invite you to enjoy exciting excursions. A real highlight for little adventurers: children can play safely in the communal garden, while the trampoline and swings provide fun and exercise.
Enjoy balmy summer evenings at the barbecue area, where you can prepare delicious meals yourself using a gas or electric barbecue. The terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to linger - perfect for relaxing hours with a view of the greenery. The Waldeck holiday flat is also in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, so you can enjoy your time out undisturbed.
You can also take the opportunity to visit the cute Pintaloosa alpacas, just a few minutes' walk away. Here you will experience unforgettable moments!

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site.
A deposit of 50% of the total price must be paid 14 days before arrival by bank transfer.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 50% of the total price.

Departure until 12:00
The keys are handed over personally on site or in the provided key safe.
Small pets are allowed for a fee of 10€ per day/pet.
Included in the basic price (towels, bed linen, WiFi, car park etc.)
An additional sofa bed is available for two more people on request.
