A separate entrance leads to the modern 2-room apartment Tonbach with fitted kitchen (separate induction hob with two plates, oven/microwave combination) and walk-in shower and terrace with views over the Murg Valley. One car parking space at the house. Wifi and Waipu TV are available free of charge. Arrival/departure 24/7.
Description of the accommodation
In our house, completed in 2024, on a hillside with a view over the Murg Valley, you will find two bright and modern holiday flats. The Heselbach stop of the Karlsruhe-Freudenstadt S-Bahn is within walking distance, as are shopping facilities and the leisure facilities of Klosterreichenbach, as well as the monastery. There are also numerous local hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity.

50% deposit upon booking by bank transfer, balance (50%) 14 days before arrival
Charging station wallbox (11 kW) at the house for e-cars: 0,45 € / kWh - please let us know before arrival if you would like to use the wallbox, we have to activate it for you
Dog: 10 € per day
Use of infrared sauna (only in flat Murgtal): included in the rental price
Please transfer the deposit of 50% to the account of Bernhard Greve, IBAN: DE97 7603 0080 0270 3551 07, within one day after booking. The remaining payment plus tourist tax of € 3 per adult and night is due 14 days before arrival.
